The staff in the printing department should get lessons on customer service. I waited in line patiently as the short philipino guy wearing glasses was helping someone. As soon as he finished with her, he went to the back wall where he started putting together some booklets (I watched him put together 5 or 6 booklets and still didnt turn around, and he knew I was there, along with another lady behind me). I understand there are things you have to get done for other people. My issue is that he didn't even turn around and acknowledge I was there and simply say, " we'll be right with you", its not that hard to do. There's no order in that store as a few people just budded in line and were helped before me. The only positive thing about this experience is Mark, who was behind the counter in printing. He apologized and was very nice. Maybe the rest of staff should get lessons from him about customer service. I'm in the customer service industry, and this experience today was absolutely horrible. I am from this area, and rest assured that my friends and clients will know that service sucks at this location.
We recently visited this Staples and had a wonderful Customer Service experience.
The whole team was very helpful but I would specially highlight the work of their employee “Raj”. He helped us with our various needs like ID photo print, Document printing & other services.
I needed some help which required patience & time, and he handled the situation very calmly.
I would say Raj went above & beyond, and for this experience, I would visit this place again. Please pass this message to him as well.
My online order of brochures did not work out, and the whole team including the manager, Steve, worked very hard to correct it.. I so appreciate how much trouble they took. Fantastic customer service!
It is one of the best Staples stores I have ever been to. It is very spacious, clean and has a welcoming environment.Most of the staff is attentive and polite.
My first experience here was a memorable one.
The customer before me spent an awful long time arguing and asking questions from a store employee about whatever he was trying to buy and walked away without any purchase. The store employee started talking to me afterwards and I quickly started the process of purchase as I had already decided what I was buying. When the earlier customer returned to ask more question in the middle of my transaction, the store employee, who already seemed annoyed by that customer's behavior, completely shunned him without taking his attention from my transaction.
Yesterday, I just heard the most ridiculous explanation why the two wall calendars I ordered and picked up don't have holes punched so they can hang. "Same day service calendars don't get the hanging holes."
1. How the hell are they suppose to hang?
2. Where in the order creation process does it say that there won't be holes to hang up the wall calendar, if you order same day service?
NOT PLEASED AT ALL.
Manager called me today and confirmed that is "their policy": no holes on same day service calendars.
Poor customer service is the main reason this place deserves one star... I'm here for a package you take my name and then move on to another customer and don't serve me? Then you ask me for my name again, all the while you're on your phone talking to someone else. Last time this place sees my business.
